REFUND & CANCELLATION

1. Merchandise Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to wear your official PVS Gaming Pro Jersey & Merch with pride. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect in size, we offer a hassle-free exchange and return policy within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
• Customized jerseys with custom gamertag prints are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our end.

2. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your merchandise order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched from our fulfillment center. Once an order has been shipped and assigned a courier tracking number, it cannot be cancelled mid-transit.

3. Tournament Entry Fees Policy

For paid community tournaments or pass-backed events, registration fees are non-refundable once the tournament bracket or match room has been published. If a tournament is cancelled by PVS Gaming organizers due to unforeseen technical circumstances, 100% of the registration fee will be refunded to all registered teams.

4. Refund Processing Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days following returned item inspection.
