1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PVS Gaming. By accessing our platform, registering for tournaments (such as the PVS Flame Cup), or purchasing merchandise from our online store, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Esports Tournament Regulations & Fair Play

All players participating in PVS Gaming esports competitions must strictly adhere to our Code of Conduct:

• Zero Tolerance for Cheating: The use of third-party hacks, modded APKs, script execution, or emulator bypasses is strictly prohibited and results in immediate disqualification, ban, and forfeiture of prize money.
• Player Verification: Tournament participants must provide valid in-game UIDs and Discord contact details. Account sharing or ringer player substitutes without prior admin authorization will lead to team disqualification.
• Prize Pool Distribution: Prize rewards (such as the ₹3,00,000 PVS Flame Cup prize pool) are paid out within 14-30 business days following identity and bank account verification.

3. Store Purchases & Payments

All merchandise prices listed on the PVS Gaming Store are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Orders are subject to item availability and confirmation of payment.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, team jerseys design, trademarks, graphics, website software code, and stream assets associated with PVS Gaming are the exclusive intellectual property of PVS Gaming and Dr. Hariraman L. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

PVS Gaming is not liable for server downtime, game developer maintenance (Free Fire MAX / Garena updates), or network interruptions outside our direct control. These terms are governed by the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
